Founded in 1965 by Vinicio De Moliner

PADE have launched hundreds of models of machines that have marked each historical period: from purely mechanical machines, to the present CNC work centres which are completely automated.

Markets have changed from then, along with the geography of the clients, and the philosophy of this industry. The initial spirit of PADE however, has remained unchanged. The products are designed and built according to very highest level of engineering and technical standards. The aim is to offer a complete range with dedicated solutions applied to the needs of each industry.

All the machines and solutions are engineered and manufactured in the factory in Cabiate (Como), Italy.

In 2015 the company decided to invest and be more present in the US market by opening the branch PADE USA LLC, based in Conover, North Carolina, USA, with commercial and technical personnel, able to offer commercial support, technical assistance and post -sale service.

In 2019 Pade acquired MZ PROJECT, an Italian company with decades of experience in the design and construction of woodworking machines for the second phase of the woodworking chain. This further strengthens Pade’s ability to offer customers a full range of different machining solutions.

Also in 2019 PADE opens the Chinese branch PADE CHINA ASIA in Guangzhou, China, where the commercial and technical staff are trained to sell, install and provide after-sales assistance to our machines throughout the Asian market.

2020 officially marks the transfer of ownership of the company to the second generation of the De Moliner family, passing the helm to the three brothers Milena, Maurizio and Walter.
